It's wal-mart, that pretty much explains everything. They are people I know and see every day, they have decent enough prices to be competitive, but I know how they treat their employees so I still feel kind of guilty shopping there. A friend of mine had a full time job with them, but they cut everyones hours so they would not have to pay benefits. :( Not something Sam Walton would have wanted.
