We also received a package that had postage due. I tracked down the company and it is sleep supplies for my son's sleep apnea machine. However they stated there should NOT be a postage due because they don't charge for shipping. If anyone else has this problem regarding sleep supplies the actual website is Rotech Healthcare and their phone number is 800-288-1853.
