As a physician trying to call a prescription in this is an extremely inefficient operation. Several voice menus first then, someone who can't take the order, then significant further wait before you speak to someone who can actually take the request. I can't believe they waste so much of everyone else's time in order to give them business. But hey, it's a free country I can use another pharmacy next time!
