They are fast and caring. They make sure you know what going on with you meds and if not there willing to take the time to show you. they are great about calling you when you meds are ready to be pick up. It's 2015 and still has has the small old town feel to it.

Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount!

The location is very easy to locate. Although there are only a few seats, the store is a delight to wander through, allowing one to find delightful gifts and treasures. There was lots of available parking . The store was the absolute perfect temperature. Their entire staff are experts at what they do, and they always double check that my medication is shipping to the right address. I have always been treated with respect and graciousness. If a mistake has been made, I have never had any problems having it corrected.

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Rude. Liars. Nasty and vicious when you catch them in their lies. They also violate your right to privacy. Month after month after month they have screwed up my medications. It's never their fault though. They blame it on the doctor stating they never faxed the information to them. The doctor was quite perturbed to have the blamed shoved on him. If it's not the doctor they claim they tried to call me with questions/issues. Really? I have caller ID, call waiting caller ID, and an answering machine. Never did the number show on the caller ID and never was there a message left. Also, not one person had any difficulty getting through to me, leaving messages or showing on our caller ID, during this time. She even tried telling me I gave her the wrong phone number. She read the number back to me and sure enough, it was correct. When I calmly told her all of that was simply untrue she got vicious and nasty. After this altercation she even tried, unsuccessfully, to get me in trouble with my MD. How sick is that? Privacy is of no concern to them. On three separate occasions I have been at the pick up window in Woods and staff has yelled up to me from the floor below the name of a medication I am there to pick up or asking about. e.g. "Are you here to pick up ___?" I felt like yelling back HIPPA! HIPPA! HIPPA! I don't need all of Buffalo knowing what medications I take and why. That is incredibly unprofessional and can get them in trouble with the BoP. Not to mention an extreme violation of my patient rights. I understand mistakes happen but when they happen habitually, they lie about them, don't take responsibility for them, and then they get mean, vicious, and vindictive when you calmly tell them what they are saying is untrue, it's either time to get new staff or for some license's to be suspended. I'm not a huge fan of Walmart but at least they aren't borderline abusive when they mess up.So, all my prescriptions are now filled at Walmart.
