This pharmacy seems to have an issue with one of the services they claim to offer: Prescription transferring. They are unwilling to provide the services without making the customer feel horrible as if requesting something unreasonable and never done! Upon major reluctance, the pharmacist took the ph# number I provided as well as the prescription number to be transferred and tried numerous times to make me change my mind claiming it would take a long time, in the end, reluctantly and annoyed at my insistence, he agreed to submit the transfer and call the pharmacy whose phone number I had provided him. I called more than a week later to check the status, and an employee claimed the number I gave her pharmacist was incorrect (yet, it is the ph# one on the prescription) and he claimed he tried to call me, but my cellphone never rang. It is quite strange as I always receive texts and calls from CVS w/o problems b/c I am on their system and have their app! This pharmacist has never even attempted to leave a msg which could only mean one thing, he never called me or attempted to contact the pharmacy number I provided him. The number on the original prescription works because I called again to double-check it and all he had to do was press for "pharmacy" after the prompt. Not sure if he's incompetent, lazy, a liar, or all of the above. I find his behavior insulting and unprofessional. He did not have balls to come to the phone when I called but hid behind his employee surely instructing her what to say. Poor service!
