They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They've never lost my prescription. I never have to worry. I repeatedly called and called, needed a large cuff for bp machine, after 3 months of suppossedly ordering I was told that they only get them in when their supplier sends them, not a very professional way of doing business, finally went to Meijer and bought one out of pocket, where at adaptive medical it could have been pd for on my insurance
