I’ve lived in Mobridge <1yr and visited Mr. Dady's pharmacy three times. When I went to pick up my prescription, they told me that somebody already picked it up and signed for it. I asked for the date and realized that I was on travel-- on the other side of the country. Mr. Dady told me, "Well, it was already picked up and signed for." I told him, "NOT BY ME!" And requested the police be called and the incident investigated. His response: apathetic, blank stare, "I don't see a need. It was signed for." I asked him, "You see NO need to report an incident of fraud and identity theft?!" Mr. Dady: "Nope." I've never walked out of a retail shop feeling more cross and frustrated. I had to call the police, I had to look into reporting their HIPAA violation to the Department of HHS, I had to look into filing a complaint with the SD Board of Pharmacy because Mr. Dady had absolutely zero concern about dispensing my medication and releasing my private health information to another individual, who he claimed was "me" SOLEY based on a signature... That man better thank his lucky stars for having an intelligent, thoughtful wife who cleans up his messes. Mr. Dady’s “WTF-ever” attitude and lack of concern for his customers’ privacy and health is pure negligence.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
