I have been trading at Hillcrest Drug for years!Doug and all the staff,are always friendly and outgoing!Asking how are you?,how have you been doing?,how's your mom?,can we find anytbing,anything, or information about a prescription?side effects,etc.?!Great in store product deals!I'll never go to a national chain,again!Shop local!Shop old Johnson city!Thanks,Richard M.Arney

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Their prices were very fair.

Regardless of whether I ever go back to this store doesn't matter. I feel that they earned and deserve this honest review. They seem to give me the impression that they don't think I'm politically correct or something, or that I don't size up to their standards. Well, so be it. I just won't go back there again.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always communicate with my doctor, so they have no reason to be suspicious. They are always courteous and respectful. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
