They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. One thing I love about this provider, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
