My experience with Eastside Home Medical at 50 Medical Park East Drive Birmingham Al, has been AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been trying to get my husbands breathing supplies for 4 weeks now with no luck. Every time I call either Whitney or Lori tells me the same LIE that they are going to ship my supplies out that day. I have zero expiations of receiving the supplies today either. I was told the same LIE again today by phone. This is a company that is suppose to provide equipment for those in need for their LIFE! This is disgraceful and unacceptable behavior for employees to be allowed to continue this.
