I just visited your office on 9th St. and I did not have a good first impression. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and was not allowed into the building. Given our current situation with the Corona Virus I was not surprised, but was told to wait in my car. My appointment time came and went while I waited in my car. The longer I sat, the less I was impressed with Lincare. This all changed when one of your employees, Mr. Robert Fuqua, advised me to pull around the building and he would service me while I waited in my vehicle. He was a knowledgeable, courteous and thoroughly delightful person. When I left Lincare I had changed my mind. He gave me his card and I will not hesitate to contact him in the future if I have any medical needs. Good Job Robert!
