I had been going there for years, but lately every time I visit there is always someone new and uneducated about what I need. I use the program where they ship my supplies to me and have asked for certain things not to be sent, but it always seems to be sent in "error" and will be "addressed and fixed". I must say in the beginning I never had an issue with this company, but until something is done, I wont be satisfied.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find just look for the big red Verison store and they are right next door. I tell you right now these people are the ones you deserve and will be happy you trusted as they are spot on when it comes to your needs. They will not allow you to leave until they have done everytyhing to ensure you are comfortable with everything you obtain from them. Your money is not what they are after; your satisfaction is. They were just wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door. Very attentive and masters at the products they sell. When it comes to my CPAP needs, Prescision CPAP is the only name I trust (no pun intended).
