One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
