This complete company local and headquarters is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time!!!!!!! Don't get involved with them just find a company that has smart people working there!!!!!
Lincare charged $1080. For my cpac supplies. My old company charged $564. I called Lincare to inquire. Girl said. " We can charge you anything we want." Real nice customer relations. I told my Doctor to change provider, which he did, for all his patients. Glad that they record all phone calls.
worst customer service ever. My husband who suffers severe copd after speaking to his doctor and insurance company and after receiving an ok from the insurance company went to pick up a new nebulizer. He was greeted with contempt and argument from your company about getting the new nebulizer. After calling the insurance company and getting another ok your associate argued with the insurance company trying to get them to deny the claim. Your associate the proceeded to raise his voice and continue to argue after all was said and done he was going to rec the nebulizer when the store manager came out and threatened to call police. This morning someone he received a call from your office and when he asked for the name of who he was talking to this person told my husband he was threatening him by asking his name. My husband is 60 yrs old weighs about 165 ilb and cannot take 2 steps without losing his breath I don't know what kind of company you run but i hope this is not normal behavior of your associates.. they will not fill the order or allow any one to pick up the nebulizer.I will be contacting a lawyer
