Horrible kept transferring me to different extensions, I'd be kept on hold over 30 minutes then be disconnected.

Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The specialist took time to explain how to use the equipment. She told me how to best use my insurance benefits.
