The "tech" that set my cpap up did nothing but talk about himself and how he is a patient of cpap in the setup appointment. He also made a joke, which i felt was very inapporopriate about how we should just trade machines. When i offered to do so, he started talking about how he is a single parent and barely makes any money and cannot afford anything, The roof is being worked on, and is extremely loud, the office was filthy, and you'd think that they could do better than to have a technician who complains about his life while providing patient care. Pathetic.
