This company is a fraud. They sent my mother something she didn't order and has billed her insurance over $2,000.00 already. I am reporting them to the FCC, Medicare, AARP, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield in the morning. I have a camera and I am taking pictures and sending them to all of the agencies I have just mentioned. They had better send me a return label or I am suing them on her behalf.

I would never recommend them to anyone I know. They were awful. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. The front office staff was wonderful about helping me maximize how they'd use my insurance. I couldn't have been more informed or satisfied. That appointment was a complete waste of time!

They had my doctors name, medicare #, then called my dr. without my permission, received approval for supports I did not need and after I told them not to call my doctor the 1st time they did it again the 2nd time again. I haven't received the 2nd set of supports yet but their phone number has now been disconnected!!
