The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee that was not on the contract. The way they figured it out it came to over 50% how do they do their math there? I am very unhappy with them.

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
