My mother needs oxygen 24/7. I have a home unit (plugged in) from Lifecare. But she needs a portable tank to leave the house. I have been trying to get her certified for over a month with no luck, Lifecare keeps denying a portable tank. So how is my mother supposed to get to her doctors appts without oxygen?? I trid speaking to the person who is in charge of qualifying her and he told me "I wouldnt understand what the guidelines from medicare are, maybe I should get a job with Medicare" I think if her oxygen level without oxygen is 70% that should qualify her??!! This company is totally incompetant, they have not contacted me to inform me she was denied, have done nothing to help get her qualified, and the person I spoke to , James, was very condesending, sarcastic, and unwilling to help in any way. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Actually I have dealt with the branch in Porterville for several years, Political & Medicare BS I guess caused them to close. Just wanted them to know I really missed their customer service, Unfortunately the ones that took over leave a lot to be desired. Broken machinery taken weeks to be fixed and no loaners, Supplies (e.g. masks) on back order. Complaints go unanswered & no calls to let you know what is going on, Just don't care. Miss you guys wih you were still around.

I have been trying for six months to order new supplies for my CPAP machine. I had Medicare disallow my coverage because of Doctor error in providing proper paperwork back in May, 2016. It is now November 5, 2016. I changed doctors and had a second sleep study done. It has been more than a month and I can't get anyone to return my calls. I have called every week two or three times. I am now on the phone holding again... and your music and all that static that goes on while on hold is so irritating and awful. I can't turn it down because I might miss when someone actually comes on line. I have now been on hold for 34 minutes. I am usually a cheerful and patient person, but you have pushed me too far. This is unacceptable. I am still on hold ...37 minutes and now I can't understand the person on the other end. If I didn't have to use a CPAP to get a good night's sleep, I'd give up. I want to talk to someone in charge.
