frequent billing errors and non responsive calls are incomprehensible !! I have been billed for product paid for by Medicare - the exact same amount Medicare paid ! I have spent 3 long calls and 1 nasty email, getting BS promises for an invoice over 2 months old , and they have done NOTHING about correcting their mistake !! If this goes to collection , they will be sorry ! They will no longer get my business !! Look at all the other reviews !
Horrible customer service. Coordination with healthcare professionals non existent. Customer service reps unprofessional and condescending. Another example of companies that could not survive without being listed as only supplier authorized to supply certain prescribed items. Very Poor Indeed
Terrible customer service, length of time kept on phone., lack of attention to detail, could not care what my problem is. Need a higher level of employee. Must be getting kids out of highschool with not experience.
Very poor attention to detail. When I leave a message or talk to a representative, they forget what was said or otherwise confuse the details and this seems to always result in shipments being delayed or mishandled.
This supply company is not respond to voice messages after 3 tries. I am trying to get set-up for medical supplies for diabetes and according to Medicare they are the only provider that bid for a particular product that I need.
