They seem to prefer you call them because you can call several time and the person who is taking care of my account "Julio" never returns calls.
When someone takes the stand"I will just wait for him to call back" .Thus making you call many times, it a sign to go elsewhere.
Or as my wife puts it "Their just not that into you!"
I only wish my insurance would let me!
P.S. Take a read of the Yelp reviews, the same complaints as mine.

They are rude and offensive. The equipment they provide is defective and they refuse to service it. THE WORST MEDICAL SUPPLY BUSINESS PERIOD.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They don't call back. They also did not tell me that they rent their equipment. On the contrary, they said we bought it. Which was not true and now they are charging me for equipment rental I didn't use. They are awful.
