Was informed when I called originally that it would take at least a 1/2 hour to ensure that it was fitted properly. When I got there I was informed that it would be at least $226.00 up front or I could wait while they spoke to my insurance company and I said I would wait. They got a hold of my insurance company and I was informed that it would be $26. and change, at that time the tech was told he could get started. He came in, looked at my ankle and said small and he would be back.in a few. When he came back, he brought in a brace and showed me how tp put it in my shoe and asked if I had any questions. I said no and he said I could go. So the 1/2 hour it takes to fit the brace, is really about the insurance and not the fitting of the brace. This insurance call could have probably been done over the phone prior to the customer coming in and it would cut the visit to 5 or 10 minutes for fitting. This visit was more about the money than the customer! How sad
