I have used their services for a number of years. Early on (10+ years ago they were very good) but lately (last 3 years) their service has declined significantly. The last straw was this last week when I tried ordering my CPAP mask and headgear from them. They informed me I would have to work directly with the supplier. When I called the warehouse to order my equipment they did not know what style or size of mask. I did not have that with me and the warehouse said they would contact the Don Paul directly to obtain the information. Two weeks later I still had not received the mask and called the warehouse. They told me they had emailed Don Paul but never received an answer. Done with them. I will work directly with a supplier.
