I have had problem with this vendor. Wanted to sell a service wound, negative pressure from TCI, and NOT follow my doctors written orders. Tried overship wound supplies that I would have to pay retail price for. At least a thousand dollars. When I refused the overshipment, G and G promptly billed Medicare. Medicare paid. I called Medicare and the payments were reversed. Now, my current doctor uses G and G. Another problem. Rep put wound care supplies order from my doctor into physician notes and not pending orders. This place is a nightmare. More patients would complain if they had the money to buy their own supplies until Medicare or Rotech (great company) sort things out. How many patients have gotten much worse or died because G and G willfully changes doctor'f orders. Disgusting.

One young lady was mostly helpfull another acted like it was an annoyance to even speak with us let alone be helpful. their customer service is exteamly poor. My doctor did not fill a form out correctly so medicare would not cover my supplies and they never bothered ti let me know this or let me know that my doctor had not responded to their request to correct it. this coast us over $500.00 that should have been covered. When my c pap is old enought to be replaced this is the last place i will use!

Their customer service is horrible. We are forced to use them as a VA patient. Complaints to the VA also fall on deaf ears.

Used for C-Pap. Terrible customer service. Pleasant voices on phone but no real information and often inaccurate info. Rarely returned phone calls. When questioned was told "He's a busy man!" RT came to house, looked at my face, said "Yep, you need a large nasal mask. Here's one. If you don't like it don't use it." Spent 3-5 minutes explaining machine and was out the door. I had to call multiple times to get him to send report to my PCP and he only did it once. Sleep Central was eager to send supplies and made it easy but had no guide lines for when to change each piece. Just "as often as the insurance will pay for it." I got totally frustrated and changed to another company which was
time consuming and caused my PCP more work.

I am a Grand Junction, Colorado veteran oxygen patient and G&G Medical has breached their contract regarding the oxygen delivery agreement. I have reported this company's poor service to the Grand Junction VA Hospital Cardio-Pulminary department, and I am seek to have G&G Medical and their parent company sued for breach of contract with the ultimate goal of having their contract revoked permanently.

They won't bill me, won't tell me what the cost is for the equipment I'm using, won't show up to pick up empty tanks when they said they would, a real loser in customer service, just a run around from start to finish.

The worst service I ever had. The staff has no clue how to give good customer service. Blamed me for their mistakes. Brought me oxygen once in 4 months after being called numerous times. Now I can't even get them to pick up their equipment. I have gone with another company that's 100% better. I will never recommend this company. I give them one star for finding my home once.
