Order took a long time to receive. Was mixup with doctor, type of wheelchair, how it was to be paid for, lost the first order, dealt with more than one person to order.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They have given me a run around for a week about getting my c-pap machine adjusted per doctors orders. Very POOR customers service
