I called Roth about a problem I was having with my oxygen machine, Alex was here the very next morning and set me up with another one. He made sure I was satisfied and that everything was working perfectly. Thanks Alex.
Damien arrived at my house on time. A very pleasant person, He got right to the main thing he was suppose to do He then asked me what else I might be needing which he took care of. I was very satisfied with the service he provided.
Jan 2 hard to contact them no call back. Left wife with just enough oxygen to get to ER hopefully cant go any where.Very Dangerous. I went to pay bill after they pressure us to pay right away went to office all of them were coughing very cramped. Called to see if we could get smaller tanks than the big 6hr. tanks from hospital said they ca'nt do it without Dr. order Soon as we see Dr. will change providers
Hard to make contact with the local office. When you leave a message, someone from another state ends up returning my call. I ask for a copy of the paperwork that was to be sent to my insurance company and never received it. Seldom would a person answer the phone. It always seems to go to "leave a message".
Horrible horrible facility. The lobby is dark and very unprofessional, When I met with one of the Respiratory Therapist to learn how to use a CPAP machine I was lead through the breakroom past the work bench out into the warehouse into a storageroom with one desk shelves and a chair. The noise of the cylinders being recharged drowned out most of the instructions. The only positive is the people working there. All positive and helpful especially Kathleen. It is worrisome for a medical supply company to be housed in such a poor location.
Their hours of operation are not convienent for anybody that worls. The staff knowledge is average at best and several staff members need a course in customer service. My insurance is the only reason I use Roth.
For a place that deals with the sick and elderly. They sure don't take the time to care about what works best for the customer! I guess they think everyone has NO life and can wait forever.
When maintaining a home system, I would think you would try to be close to the time that is set for the appointment. BE AWARE! give yourself an hour window- at least, especially if you have to be present while it is going on, They work on their time, not yours!
Attempted to get CPAP supplies through this office. Initial call revealed I had to get my Doctor to send over some information. Contact Doctor, asked for information to be sent to office, then called office to ensure information was received. After confirming information was received, was told they would check with insurance provider for authorization to ship supplies. After several weeks of not being contacted, I called office. Was told they can not find any information about me contacting them in the recent past to get supplies.
Don't waste you time-- use someone else for your CPAP supplies. I am!!
