having lots of problems getting supplies. Aprea wanting records from sleep machine from 2010, ( nine years ago.) Lady on phone cannot resolve this and doesn't forward to manager when asked. Going to drop Aprea.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I've been trying to get supplies for my double bypass central sleep apnea machine for 3 months. No one returns my calls which I have made many and everyone you talk to gives you a different story. Customer Support, Billing, Quality Assurance or Supplies, none of them respond. Avoid this company!

Customer service is awful. They don't listen, they don't respond to emails or phone call. I pay my copays at time of placing my order, then I recieve bill after bill. Calling doesn't do anything. Then they charge the card you have "on file" for bills that have been paid...on time. Try getting your money back, they don't answer. Good luck.

Nobody at APRIA cares. You cannot reach a person by phone ever. Very frustrating to deal with.
