I wish I could leave negative stars. The rehab facility I was in contracted with Doyle's to deliver a lift chair to my house the day I was discharged. We were told it would arrive early afternoon. There was someone at the house all day. The driver called at 2:21 to ask if we were home and I missed the call because I was using my walker and couldn't immediately pick up the phone. I called back at 2:23 to no answer and left a message saying yes please deliver. After many phone calls with the driver and phone messages left with the owner the chair was never delivered. I am appalled at their unethical behavior and advise no one to ever do business with them.
