Was supposed to get mask replacement shipped last summer (June-July), never got it. Have been calling them 3-4 times a month since. It will be April in a few days and still no mask. They seem friendly and promise to look into it and get back to me, but nothing happens. Have been getting red frowns and "episodes" on the CPAP screen almost every day for the past 6 months. Also getting several eye sties a month due to mask not sealing properly. This company is obviously unable to supply or support its own products.

there is no site to email Lincare. Only through the survey. I've been having problems with the mask adjustment I've been taking my mask. on and off during my sleep. I need you to contact me in regards to swap CPAP machine for a dream maker by Phillips. I need Lincare to contact me. I want to know if the dream maker is waterless. Being that it is travel size, does use water or air pump?

Along with the reviews - I have visited the office in west hartford on several occasions. They loose your information, your orders, and claim they have not received the RX from your doctor. The office is understaffed, inefficient, and spends more time talking personal stuff. its time to file a class action lawsuit as provider of medical supplies and equipment not being fulfilled leaving people in medical crisis. I am going to consult with the State of CT Atty. Generals Office as well as a attorney who handles medical issues.

I have dealt with a lot of organizations, some who are really poor in customer service. But after 8 days of calling them, leaving messages and NEVER getting a return call to replace a stolen C-Pap machine - I must say Lincare is the most horrible service I have yet encountered. As I type this, I am on hold - which apparently is "normal" for this firm

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Reps are rude and talk over you. I would never recommend them to anyone!!

I have been waiting for supplies since Mid June and it's now Mid-September. I got some lame excuse about not being in the computer when I called a month ago and then was told I would have supplies in 5 to 7 days. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!

I have been trying to some info off my Bypap machine from them. I have called them 5 times so far and only 1 person got back to me, but sent the wrong info. I am not pleased with the service.

formerly great service. Recently, after receiving the wrong supplies, called 3 times. 2 times I hung up after 9 minutes. 3rd time I was told that I would receive a call next day...2 days later and still waiting for return call! I will definitely advise my doctor of this lack of service and look for another provider!
