I have dealt with Lincare for a couple of years and have called Kevin H a few times with questions. I found him to be extremely helpful, professional and courteous.
My husband needed a concentrator as we would be away for a month. I panicked over obtaining one. Kevin was a lifeline in quickly solving our problem as well as alleviating my stress.
Please note: Kevin’s calm demeanor was priceless. When taking care of someone on continuous oxygen, there are times of worry and concern.
As far as the driver, Louis is great, he loves his job and his smile is contagious. Both Kevin and Louis are total assets to Lincare.
Thank you to these two caring and kind individuals!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with DOUG the last few years with my POC and stationary OC installation..He has supplied a new battery for the POC ,provided a tech to service the OC and replace same.
As of late he ordered me new columns for my POC they came as promised.
He also walked me thru how to install them.
A class gentleman who knows his stuff

I agree with pretty much everything that has been written here. Both my moms assisted living facility nurses have called as well as me to get oxygen concentrator working and faulty O2 tanks replaced. Have made numerous calls and totally unfulfilled promises of help too many times. This has been a terrible company since my mom went on oxygen 3/2019. Really poorly run! Extremely poor customer service! Would not recommend.

called since yesterday morning 8:00 to have them pick up bed and oxygen. not needed anymore for my mom. said they would pick it up yesterday never came. called again today told me someone would call me set up a time to come get equipment. nobody called as of yet. its know 3:30. march 14 Thursday and know march 15/2019

Poor communication and gave me the run around for months. Was without CPAP supplies for 5 months. Called them multiple times, my doctor's office as many times, and finally insurance company did a phone conference. Was transferred to three offices. Ridiculous.

This Company is the worst, all you get is the run around, have been trying for 3 days now to get someone to replace my husbands Oxygen Concentrator that has stopped working. He has COPD and Needs it at night. Call number after number only to be told that a tech will call me back, hasn't happened yet! They say they have a 24 hour number for Emergency, no such number. I just got a call from Kentucky saying a tech would be calling me shortly. I live in Connecticut.
