I ordered an item from this company on October 15. I have not yet received my item (November 6), nor has anyone contacted me about potential delays. They had no problem processing my payment immediately, but seem significantly slower at fulfilling the order. Trying to cancel my order today.
wrong item sent - called -person called back with heavy accent but just kept stating that is what I ordered . I will never order from them again. They were not open to fixing it.
I orderd a shower stool with bath. It was easy to put together but would be easier if the instructions said to use the short screws to attach parts A and B if you weren't attaching the back, long screws if you were. I ignored the model numbers and had to re-assemble.

Bought a sling, patient died before use, company will NOT take return in original unopened condition because it is outside their 30 day return policy.We were a little busy with a DEATH in the family, and did not notice your return policy had expired.
