Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
