Worst ever. The guy that answered the phone had no idea what he was doing, took 30 minutes for a simple question.
I had to call back cause I never got an email, left message, never heard.
Called back again, waited 20 minutes for answer, I asked the guy (same guy?) to send me an email to make sure he had mine correct, said he didnt have an email!
Who doesnt have an email?!

Very nice to work with, (the opposite of Matrix). Scheduling was easy and more importantly, submitting claims to my insurance is transparent and I don't have to get involved with it. They call every 6 mos to see if you need new supplies and ship them to your door within a few days.They know what they're talking about, are professional and pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately, the service this office and the company in general provides is nothing short of horrendous. God help you if you call their office and expect to get a convenient appointment or a returned phone call, but they do mercifully allow the option of sitting in their waiting room, hoping to get lucky and have an RT waste your time instructing you how to use CPAP masks that don't work.

They give you thirty days to try different masks if the first one provided doesn't work, but you're out of luck if they can't give you an appointment that fits your schedule within that period.

Apparently, they don't understand that poor service is often more costly than treating patients right, as I'm returning the CPAP machine they sold me. Good riddance. Avoid this company if you hate hassles, apathy, and incompetence in a healthcare provider, especially if you're busy.

These people are only concerned about making money! Haggled with them all day about getting a nebulizer compressor for my son. Which they assured me would be delivered to my home as soon as the insurance company paper work went through. This started at 10am in the morning we are still waiting... Looks like a no show on their part, but they made sure they got their money from the insurance company. $191.00 just for the stupid compressor! What a rip off for no service! These creeps not even a quarter star! Just had put one to submit rant...

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Since being acquired the personnel which were once helpful appear to me to be reserved and demoralized. They seem uncapable of dealing with the medical providers.
