Apria is unhelpful, not knowledgeable, and has been horrible to work with in terms of start-up usage of a CPAP. Hold times are over 15 minutes each time I have called. I scheduled an appointment to speak with a respiratory "specialist" and he was over 2 hours late for our appointment. He then told me I would need a new script from the doctor, something customer service should have been able to tell me originally. He also said that they are understaffed and that is why the hold times are so long. I would not recommend this company. I have already requested a new service from my doctor.

Don't even bother calling if you have any questions about their medical supplies. I tried and none of my questions were answered, which is frustrating seeing how I was looking to follow-up on an order placed. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
