Extremely rude. Do not recommend this people to anyone. We had to rent a biliblancket and the technition that delivered the machine couldn't be any more nasty, rude and sarcastic. Very bad service. No wonder why the only have 1 star on their reviews.

Look elsewhere. Rude and not service friendly.

Had to rent a bili blanket for our baby who has jaundice. First, they only take cash if your insurance wont work with them, which ours does not. While they were quick to deliver, their driver reeked of second-hand smoke (not good around newborns) and was rude upon pickup of device.

Main complaint though, its $180 for 3 days usage of the device. This is regardless of the time received, so if you get the device, say late Monday, they will pick up on Wednesday, which is not 3 days time. in my case, I had the device 48 hours before they demanded to pick it up or charge me $60/day. 3 days = 72 hours, not the 48 I had it. They did not care, were rude about the situation, and gave me no consideration or care.

They only have 1 driver, and their Office Manager needs a review in 'service'.

Driver said I was the first to complain in 22 years, sure buddy. Keep on smokin'
