I was coming out of Diamond Ridge rehab for a fractured femur and Crystal Medical brought me the Cadilac of wheelchairs. The gentleman who came to the house took the time to show me how to use and take the leg lifts off if need be. Now I am a pro at this, thanks to this nice man.

These are old reviews...past experience with medical equipment suppliers is if the customer was satisfied and happy with the company then there would be more POSITIVE reviews on the site. Good luck.

They supposedly take Tricare. I called them, my husband went there on my behalf, and was told they would need to be ordered. I went in only to find out they did not want to be bother with filing the insurance. Everything they originally told me on the phone they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. I don't blame their sales person for this - as she checked with the boss....

Honestly, only use them if you must. If you do, get everything in writing because they WILL screw you every way they can. "Your insurance will pay for this" is a lie. They tell every one, and then bill you later. Try Amazon, you can probably get the gear you need, shipped for less than your co pay.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident about using the items purchased from this provider. I got a CPAP and supplies and they helped set it up promptly, and I also got a wheelchair through them, they are very knowledgeable and eager to help.
