Did not deliver medical equipment. This was the only reason I needed to interact with them. I waited several hours to no avail. There was no call, and there was no delivery. I When I got the answering service after 6 pm (still waiting), I was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes. This did not happen. I tried a few more times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one did. I eventually gave up. Truly terrible service.
