everytime i ask my doctor to order me the medical equipment i need the office manager tells me i cant get it from DRM cause i got a walker yet Wellcare says i am covered as long as doctor writes a script for it which the office manager refuses telling me that your company will not get it for me cause i already got a walker a few months from you..Is this true..is this your policy..once you give a patient one medical piece supply your company will not give it to me..DR IVAN RAMOS ON LITTLE ROAD, NEW PORT RICHEY IS MY DOCTOR why is it you will not give me anything else i need cause i got a walker from you..This not right when wellcare will pay for it they said..i wanted a shower chair cause of my condition and the office manager said you will not give it to me cause i got a walker when iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii need this chair cause of my knee problems..i wanted a quad cane and she said i have to buy it myself cause your company wont give me it..is this your policy how you work which is ridiculous i have wellcare, medicare, medicaid so how come you dont honor it only on one piece of equipment his office manager told me
