Terrible company!! Charges you 3 times the price for medical equipment you can buy online. Got a nebulizer for my son at the doctor's office because he had RSV. Fletchers has contracts with local doctors to have these in their offices and then charges you 3X the normal price. So our nebulizer cost $125 instead of $30-$40 like you can find online. Stay away! Do your research....I wish I had.

. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. When we call them, they are responsive....We just don't always know what we really need....They are very helpful and offer suggestions.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
