These people have very poor customer service skills. They fail to bill my insurance, they fail to apply the payments that I made at the store, they fail to mail out my supplies on time. I constantly have to call them and complain about it, but sometimes i just get a voicemail and have to leave messages which never get returned. I wish i had an option to go somewhere else, but i cant until i see my doctor to get a prescription for the supplies. They are just awful.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

Several months ago, my wife needed a rolling walker to get around. I went to Fletcher's both because they were the closest to my home but also because they appear to be one of the largest medical equipment suppliers in the Jacksonville area. The walker itself was excellent (hence the one-star rating) but Fletcher's handling of the paperwork was terrible. They required me to pay the full amount up front and stated that they would then submit a claim to Medicare and my secondary medical insurer; and they assured me that I would be getting between 80% and 100% of the cost reimbursed.To date, I have received nothing! Every time we call them to determine the status, we either can't get through to the one person on their entire staff that handles Medicare claims or are transferred from one extension to another without ever getting a straight answer. To make matters worse, today we received an invoice from Fletcher's for the full amount, plus an additional $30 charge. They are either totally INCOMPETENT or UNSCRUPULOUS. I urge everyone to stay away from them. Go to Atkinson's in Orange Park, or to one of the other medical equipment suppliers--just don't go to Fletcher's. If you do, you'll be making a huge mistake!!!!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
