If I had any choice at all I would not use this company. They set you up with equipment then abandon you. They refuse to supply the necessary mask, filters, tanks that are needed for the machine that they set m husband up with. Continue to say they will let me know when the get the supplies in stock. Don't return calls, let me know they are not interested in my business , hang up on me, lie to me. Do not get anything from this company if you have any other choice. I plan to report them to anyone I can. They don't care for any Medicare patients , I imbarresed that use I gave them buissness as a nurse for many years. They need a zero !!

Since starting Lifesavers earlier this year, every order has been wrong. Initially I received robo-calls to confirm my orders...the orders were wrong. When I called to correct the order, Lifesavers was unsympathetic and strongly implied I incorrectly answered the questions. Then I was put on e-mail notification...again Lifesavers incorrectly filled my order. When I e-mailed them with two items that were not filled, they correctly sent one and incorrectly sent the second item. Today I e-mailed again to correct the last item.

I feel like I am being treated poorly and Lifesavers seems jaded and put out.

I want to support our local businesses...but am seriously beginning to consider other options.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
