Without hesitation I can Lincare has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Beyond that their management and record keeping are a total mess. After one full year and multiple visits to their offices I have been unable to get entered into their billing system, and get the necessary supplies for my medical equipment. Best thing to do is find an alternative supplier and avoid dealing with them if possible.

Thsi is absolutely the most WORST comapny ever. They constantly let my terminally ill father run out of oxygen and the guy Jimmy who answered the phone when I called was did rude and very insensitive to the needs of the patients that on your so called company. It’s ridiculous to have to beg to get the services you are being paid for. If anything ghaolend to my father regarding his oxygen since he has none. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Have received better customer service from minimum wage employees at McDonalds....I echo the other reviews...rarely get to talk to anyone other than the answering service..they take a message and Lincare NEVER calls back...when you do get to talk to someone, they blame their own company for the lack of enough employees and being "too busy"..amazing...called Corporate Customer Service and basically got the same thing...guess very poor customer service "starts at the top". How this company is still in business eludes me...I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! There has to be a "hungry" lawyer out there they would love to file a class action lawsuit as making people wait days for life saving oxygen is VERY dangerous.
What do I have to do to talk to someone there. I am suppose to receive a replacement bi-pap but I cannot get through to you. I am tired of holding on to the line. I have been trying for 4 weeks now. My doctor has returned the necessary paperwork. I am going to tell Mayo Clinic to stop doing business with you and I am going to call the Better Business Bureau.. FED UP WITH LINCARE JACKSONVILLE.
Horrible service. I cannot get the supplies I need. I have been leaving messages for 8 weeks. No one returns calls. I called Customer Service 855-937-2238...made no difference! I care for my 93 year old Mom. I know how to do business. This is intolerable!
Called three separate times during normal business hours, (between 9am-5pm) and just received there answering service personnel with no call backs, They are very poor at helping elderly stroke patients to recover, It's very selfish of them to not communicate with their customers causing unnecessary delay in receiving required medical equipment.
Can't get anyone on the phone... including voice mail. I have nothing but problems when I do get my delivery and am always out of portable air. Done with this company! I have been trying since Wednesday to get the stuff picked up. I want the equipment out of my house but can't contact anyone (including my driver whose phone goes straight to voicemail- which is full). There is NO customer service with this company at all!!!!!!
have called this company 3 times, left my number and a message and they have yet to call me back. I guess they don't care if they service their customers
