Worst customer service in the name of patient care. You call they put you on hold to then pick up after 10 -15 min and respond with an attitude. Extremely rude Staff. Asked to speak to the manager more than once in various occasions, always busy never returns my calls. My mother waited two weeks before receiving her medication, come to find out they pretty much forgot to process the order. Thank God for the doctors help in having someone bring her a sample to hold off. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!! super lazy, rude and irresponsible staff.

My mother needs oxygen. The concentrator broke . I called two days consecutive and the person neverr came. called again Saturday and Roberto who is excellent came . He had to bring a new one.
It was very irresponsible on the part of the company and the person who was supposed to check it and provide the necessary support and assistance considering the emergency of the sutuation

Worst supplier to deal with. Cannot get respiratory supplies. Waiting over 6 weeks. Dealing with staff is a bad joke! Gave 1 star because zero stars not available.
