Extremely poor customer service. Phone calls take an unacceptably long time. I was in hold for 35 minutes this morning, and they cut me off. I called back, and was left on hold again for 20 minutes. So I called the corporate headquarters. They would not (not could not) help me. In April, they sent supplies for my CPAP WITHOUT my authorization and billed my insurance. That is insurance fraud, and is being reported to the appropriate authorities. Following that, they fouled up the insurance filing, sending me an incorrect bill for an amount I don't owe. I cannot get anyone at the company to take a call, let alone help me. Although they are located closest to me, I am ending my relationship with them; it extended back 8 years at least, but they have become increasingly unreliable. The current state of affairs it totally unacceptable. Find and do business with a competitor.
Stopped in to ask questions. By the time we left Lincare took care of contacting my doctor, and both insurance carriers and will deliver the nebulizer to our Florida address.
This is the worst company ever. They never answer the phone, they don't deliver your medicine. When you call it rings several times, then you're automatically disconnected. I have bee out of my nebulizer medicine for two weeks and can't get in touch with them. This is an ongoing problem.
