I had a change in cpap prescription a month ago. The new prescription has already been sent to the LEESBURG FLORIDA OFFICE. It has been time for my 3 month supplies order to be renewed but the call center cannot do it, they don't have access to my new prescription. The Leesburg Center WILL NOT answer the phone when I call. They WILL NOT answer the call center when they try to get thru for me. I live a LONG way from this Center. How can I get my supplies when they will not let me contact them. WHY DOES THE LINCARE COMPANY LET THIS GO ON!!!!
I would like to give a great review to technician Robert from the Leesburg office. I have had dealings with Robert for several years and he is efficient, kind, caring and professional. He is an outstanding employee and should be commended with the way his work ethic is carried out. He truly enjoys his job.

Very hard to contact unless you actually drive there. Long wait times on phone. I recently cancelled my cpap machine and brought it back. when the people from their automatic supply group called for me to order supplies, I advised them I don't have the equipment so I don't need any supplies. The woman wanted me to give her my date of birth and address. I told her I shouldn't have to since I'm no longer a customer. She snippedly said fine you don't have to but you will continue getting these calls until you do. I've been getting calls everyday since. With employees like that I would never use them again. I no longer answer calls from Lincare and am thinking of suing since they won't leave me alone. Rate them 1 star
They seldom answer their phones. If they do, you wind up holding only to be cut off time and time again. Then you have to start calling day after day trying to get them to answer all over again. Weeks later, my problem is still unresolved. There is no way to leave a message or a callback number.
I was calling to check on an order my Dr. had made to this office. After 30 minutes on hold the answering service picked up and told me she would leave a message to have someone call me. What a system. worst service I have ever experienced and still do not have answer about an order that was placed for me by my Doctor.
Disappointed in followup service from this company. Gave them a prescription for something.....told it would be here in 5 days. Item never ordered, never received. My phone call to them wondering what status was is how I discovered this.....much time lost and now it is being ordered elsewhere. Would not recommend using them.
