Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am currently on a trial period for a CPAP machine and having difficulty. I've left multiple messages for my equipment tech with no return call. I was sent the wrong supplies the first month and called to report it. The individual said they would pass along the message, and someone would contact me. Three weeks later - still no call. Received an email notice that my auto pay was coming up with no detailed invoice or amount. When I called to inquire where I could access my invoice, I waited 21 min on hold to be told bills are mailed the following month (so essentially paying before I can see the charges). Come to find out, my billed amount was $71+ over what my EOB stated I would owe to Lincare. To top it off, the billing representative I spoke with was rude and condescending

This market is ripe for a competitive provider (one can hope). In the meantime, I plan to explore alternative options.

Terrible service!!! don't show up as scheduled, give defective oxygen unit. All we get is excuses! Still no show after 2 days!!!!!
