Purchased a SoClean 2 while ordering supplies for CPAP. The unit arrived without the proper adapter to hook up CPAP. Called my local Lincare office and was told that they do not sell SoClean equipment and I would have to contact whoever sold it to me. They did give me a phone number to call which was not the correct phone number. After calling 2 other offices I was connected to the proper Lincarw Office. I decided that due to all the confusion that it would be best to return the SoClean for a refund and start looking for another supplier for my needs! Lincare needs to hold some associate training on customer appreciation..
