My husband's Pulmonologist prescribed nebulizer through Lincare. Unfortunately, he went to get the nebulizer from Lincare. He was not given the medicine for the nebulizer. They said his doctor would prescribe it. His doctor's office said Lincare was supposed to give it to him. Since he could not use it without the medication he returned it. He insisted on receiving a receipt that he returned it. They are still billing him for the nebulizer. Terrible company.
I think your billing, auto phone system and customer service needs some improvement. I set up auto pay when I first got my CPAP equipment and have received a notice that I am late paying an invoice. How does this happen?????
You also lost the prescription my doctor sent you and he resent 3 times.
I have called you several times today (6-9-22) and have been on hold for 20+ minutes both times.
