My father needs a C-PAP Mask and all paperwork from doctors was send it's been a month and nothing left messages and speak to rep and nothing.
I do not recommend for anyone to get any services from this company and very poor customer service.Very disappointed that medicare would referral them .

Doctor ordered equipment 5 weeks ago, was just contacted 12/4. Set a time for delivery on 12/5, took off work, arrived 20 minutes before time, only to find equipment delivered to my mother with dementia. Called rep, for him to not really care that he did not give to me or explain the use to me. Called office (answering service) and received a call back from a Respiratory Therapist. She told me that the times are approximate and an exact time should not have been set. When I asked why I could not get a call from the rep, stating he was coming earlier, she informed me they can't use the phone while driving. The best comment was when she told me "It is not my fault you chose to be your mothers caregiver". Unprofessional people, find someone else to service your needs.

This office doesn't give any answers or work with the doctor. Been trying to get supplies for over six months with no avail. Always says the are registering my account. Doctor has sent all paper work and resent over and over. This is an office that has no clue what is happening. They never return calls after messages are left, cause phones always go to an operator or are never answered.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
