This is worst medical supplies place you can ever stuff from i have a cpap machine and they send me the wrong stuff or bill my insurance but not send me my filters or the wrong hose its been happing alot..and every time i wait for the right stuff i have to wait weeks to get and i live by plant city it makes me so mad!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone needing medical supplies for home use. They do not communicate with client, lie as to delivery of supplies and now you can't get to them when you need them. They seldom pick up the phone hence, you get a recording and a call back seldom comes your way. Oxygen is a life line and that doesn't seem to matter. It matters to me and to all the other clients that are getting the same treatment.

I would not rate this company with any star on the plus side but would rate it on the minus side.

The St. Augustine office is horrible.

Having talked with Karen (home office) I found her to be uninterested and made it quite clear she wanted no details. This is sad, very sad. We try so hard to take care of our love ones and ourselves and get nothing more than go away kid. Well, I'm not going away and I will be heard. I know I'm not the only one in this situation and for all of us that are clients we deserve the truth and delivery of oxygen or any other equipment delivered when told its to be delivered.

If I need to go to the State I will. I tried to fixed this 2 weeks ago after about 2 years of foul ups. I had hoped that I wouldn't need to deal with again.

It is impossible to speak to anyone that is willing to help. I called three different numbers 6/10 get to talk with Karen, that kept interuping me before I could get a complee sentence out. Then she repeatedly kept saying that she had no record of my wifes transfer from Alliance Oxygen. When I called Alliance and spoke with DJ she assured me that the file had been sent. When I called this morning and asked for Karen I got three other persons that kept telling me she couldn;t be located. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told both where unavailable and they would call back. Thiis is not the way to run a business,where you know the customer is in needed of a possible life saving product.

Nothing but a run around for supplies. I will never use this company again!
I am pretty sure I have talked to everyone in cpap supplies and still am waiting. I have had my machine since August, it is The end of April and still NO supplies!
